Knowing the nature
of Mr. Fields, he may have meant this saying exactly as it came out. I, however, would like to think it really means that if it doesn’t work the first couple of
times, maybe you should do it differently, or maybe it just really can’t be
done, by you or anyone else.
Sometimes it is ok
to admit defeat. The important thing is to move on at that point.
